Breathwork comes in many forms, from brief, simple techniques to more complex practices. This particular form is known as emotional release breathwork. It provides a gentle way to lower inner resistance, allowing for the release of energy and emotions that no longer serve you.

  • Preparation

Prepare a quiet, private space where you can comfortably lay on the ground. This experience is conducted remotely via Zoom; headphones are recommended for a more immersive experience. Videos will be off to support privacy, and I will guide you live through this 90-minute journey.

  • Integration

Breathwork can bring up deep emotions and sensations, so give yourself space to reflect and unwind. Simple activities like journaling, walking outside, hydrating or sitting quietly can help you absorb the experience, allowing any insights or releases to settle into your awareness.

But at the heart of it all, my real passion is my family—my wife and our three amazing girls. I used to believe in the game of “work hard and play hard.” However, my unaddressed workaholic tendencies, trauma, and shame turned that into “self-abandonment,” convincing myself that I was just driven and committed. I now believe in “work enough and play playfully and freely!” It doesn’t roll off the tongue the same, but it feels SO much better. And the best part? I’ve done it without sacrificing our lifestyle.
