Discover the Set of Minds Shaping Your Reality

Mindset is not just a singular essence of thought; it’s a complex interplay of multiple minds, each biologically connected, yet distinct in their priorities, expressions, and influence on your life. Most of us have been trying to change behavior or thinking by focusing on just one mind, ignoring the full spectrum of minds that make up our entire experience.

The Habit Finder Assessment is your gateway to understanding these minds and building the proper framework for each, allowing you to achieve real transformation, beyond mere behavioral changes.

Why Take the Habit Finder Assessment?

Your mind is a collection of powerful influences—each playing a unique role in your decisions, habits, and outcomes. The Habit Finder Assessment helps you unlock these hidden forces and provides insight into how each of your minds contributes to your life, empowering you to create a mindset that is in full harmony.

  • Reveal Your Multi-Mindset

Gain insight into the minds within you, each with its own focus and patterns. Discover how they shape your thoughts and actions.

  • Identify Imbalances

Understand where you may be leaning too heavily on one mind while neglecting others, leading to imbalance.

  • Develop a Framework

Learn how to structure your personal growth by nurturing each mind, creating the necessary foundation for lasting change.

The Whole Body Mindset Connection

Changing your thinking isn’t enough. True transformation happens when you integrate each mind in alignment with your body and emotions. This is where the Whole Body Mindset comes into play. It’s not just about understanding the minds but about building the right frameworks and letting go of rigid boundaries to explore the frameless nature of your actual experience.

The process requires:

Structure and Frameworks

These provide essential guardrails but are only tools to support the deeper work of immersing yourself in the frameless world of your lived experience.

Commitment to the Frameless Work

Only by surrendering to the non-linear, contradictory, and ever-changing reality of life can we stop chasing and start truly living.

Integration of Minds

Our thinker brain can process infinite concepts, but real transformation occurs slowly, deeply, and with care, as the Whole Body Mindset integrates all minds into a seamless and sustainable connection.

Hi, I'm Paul Blanchard.

For the past two decades, I’ve been dedicated to understanding the human experience. I’ve had the privilege of studying and practicing a wide range of modalities, frameworks, and philosophies through both formal training and hands-on experience.

As a certified coach and speaker, I’ve worked with entrepreneurs, executives, and leaders across various industries, helping them enhance their performance and overall impact. My approach incorporates executive coaching, trauma-informed psychology, neuroscience, and somatic practices, offering clients a comprehensive toolkit for growth and transformation.

With experience in developmental psychology, leadership dynamics, and somatic experiencing, I guide clients through meaningful change. My work is grounded in evidence-based practices, continually integrating new insights to better serve those I work with.

But at the heart of it all, my real passion is my family—my wife and our three amazing girls. I used to believe in the game of “work hard and play hard.” However, my unaddressed workaholic tendencies, trauma, and shame turned that into “self-abandonment,” convincing myself that I was just driven and committed. I now believe in “work enough and play playfully and freely!” It doesn’t roll off the tongue the same, but it feels SO much better. And the best part? I’ve done it without sacrificing our lifestyle.

At the end of the day, I’ve learned that success isn’t just about climbing higher—it’s about living fully, with purpose and balance. Helping others reach that point is what truly drives me. And that’s what I’m here to offer you.
